Jack V. Heller
President, UGA - Association Field Services

Jack V. Heller was appointed President, UGA - Association Field Services (a division of The MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company) effective February 2008 and is responsible for the performance of the UGA agency. He previously served 11 years as a Regional Sales Leader for UGA. Mr. Heller came to the company in May 1991 as a contracted sales representative. In his 16 years of sales and leadership experience Mr. Heller achieved team production in excess of $500 million. During his field leadership tenure, Mr. Heller consistently developed exceptional sales teams and has promoted 58 Field Leaders for the company. Mr. Heller received a B.S. in Business from the University of Southern New Hampshire.

Anthony M. Garcia
President, Cornerstone America

Anthony M. Garcia was appointed President, Cornerstone America (a division of Mid-West National Life Insurance Company of Tennessee, based in Texas) in February 2008, and is responsible for the performance of the Cornerstone agency. He joined HealthMarkets in May 2004 and was appointed President, UGA-Association Field Services (a division of the MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company). In September 2005, Mr. Garcia was appointed President, HealthMarkets Administrative Services Group. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Garcia served in senior Strategy, Operations and General Management positions at Household International/HSBC since 1999. From 1988-1999, Mr. Garcia held various management positions at the Allstate Insurance Company, including Assistant Vice President-Personal Lines. Mr. Garcia received a B.B.A. in Finance from Delta State University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mark D. Hauptman
Executive Vice President of Agency Operations, a division of The MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company

Mark D. Hauptman joined our Agency Leadership team in September 2006. Prior to that Mr. Hauptman served as HealthMarkets' Chief Financial Officer from June 2002 until September 2006, and as its Vice President, and Chief Accounting Officer from June 2001 until March 2007. Mr. Hauptman joined HealthMarkets, then UICI, in 1988 as Controller, and he currently serves as a Director and Vice President of The MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company, Mid-West National Life Insurance Company of Tennessee based in Texas, The Chesapeake Life Insurance Company and Fidelity First Insurance Company. Mr. Hauptman received a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University in 1979.

W. Brian Harrigan
President & CEO - ZON Re-USA, LLC

Brian Harrigan has served as President of ZON Re since September 2003. Prior to founding ZON Re, Mr. Harrigan was Chairman and CEO of WB Harrigan, LLC, a Private Equity and Business Advisory firm, from 1997 to 2003; served as President, CEO and Director of UICI from January 1995 until September 1997; served as President and CEO of WinterBrook Holdings, LLC from September 1993 to October 1996; and served as Executive Vice President of Westport Management Services, Inc. from July 1987 through September 1993. Mr. Harrigan majored in Economics and received a B.A., cum laude, in 1976 from Harvard College. Mr. Harrigan attended Harvard Business School's Finance for Senior Executives Program in 1996.
