My name is Alana King, and I'm proud to call Ellisville, Mississippi home. I'm a graduate of South Jones High School, and my career began in healthcare—first as a Certified Nursing Assistant, then as a Phlebotomist and Medical Assistant. Those years of hands-on care taught me the true meaning of compassion, patience, and trust. I had the privilege of helping people through some of their most vulnerable moments, and that experience continues to shape the way I serve others today. As a mother to a wonderful daughter with disabilities, I've seen firsthand how important reliable health coverage can be. Navigating the healthcare system—both personally and professionally—has shown me how confusing and overwhelming insurance can feel for many families. That's what inspired me to shift my career from the clinical side to the insurance side of healthcare. Now, as a licensed insurance professional, my mission is to help individuals and families find coverage that truly fits their needs and provides peace of mind. I take pride in educating my clients, explaining their options clearly, and being a trusted advocate they can count on. Helping people has always been my calling, and I'm honored to continue that work by ensuring others feel supported, informed, and confident in their health insurance decisions.
