As a licensed insurance professional since 2012, I bring 14 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate their healthcare coverage options. I began my career assisting individuals under the age of 65 before shifting my focus to Medicare in 2015. Since then, I have dedicated my career to helping Medicare beneficiaries understand their benefits, explore their coverage options, and make informed healthcare decisions. What sets me apart is my personal, hands-on approach and genuine commitment to the people I serve. I believe my responsibility doesn't end once an application is submitted. I make it a priority to personally check in with my clients, answer their questions, address concerns, and ensure they feel informed and supported as they begin using their coverage. As a bilingual insurance professional fluent in English and Spanish, I am especially passionate about serving Hispanic and Latino communities. I understand how language barriers and limited access to information can make navigating Medicare overwhelming, and I strive to make the experience easier, more comfortable, and more accessible. My dedication continues throughout the year. During Medicare's Annual Enrollment Period, I encourage clients to reach out with questions or concerns. I also proactively contact clients I haven't heard from to help ensure they have an opportunity to review their coverage and understand their options. For me, insurance is about more than policies and benefits. It's about building meaningful relationships, earning trust, and treating every client with compassion, patience, and respect.
