Hello Health Markets Members! A little bit about me, I have been a car guy ever since I could drive! After college I worked for General Motors for 8 years. It was great being around the cars for a little while, but as more time went on I realized what I really enjoyed doing was Thinking Customer and helping the people that bought our vehicles get the most out of them! Whether it was supporting OnStar Free Trial Activity or if it was Engineering Quality, Reliability and Durability for our current range of GM vehicles, I always thought, What is the customer feeling about this product right now? Would I be happy with this? The Automotive industry taught me to work together cross functionally with teams, to drive for excellence, and to own the outcome.
