Keith Ward

I was born in Chicago, yet I consider Florida home, and now I've expanded out west to New Mexico. I graduated from Apopka High School in Florida in 1986 and went straight into the U.S. Army, serving for six years as a Communications Specialist. After completing six years of college (on a four-year track) while serving in the Louisiana Army National Guard, I returned to active duty through ROTC with a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern State University of Louisiana. In total, I honorably and proudly served in the U.S. Army for 18 years, including the final six years as an Infantry Officer—serving as a Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, Battalion and Brigade S2 and AS3 Intelligence Officer, and Assistant Operations Officer. With over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, I've helped many families protect their financial well-being against uncertain loss. I am proud to represent HealthMarkets for the entire state of Florida.
