I believe true success is measured not only by what we accomplish but also by the relationships we build and the lives we positively impact along the way. As a health insurance agent, I connect with people from all walks of life, listen to their needs, and help them make informed decisions about their health and future. For me, it's about more than insurance. It's about building trust, creating meaningful connections, and being someone people can rely on when it matters most. Growing up between Haiti and Florida and earning a full football scholarship at James Madison University taught me the value of discipline, resilience, teamwork, and perseverance. Those experiences continue to shape how I connect with others and approach life and work. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the gym, reading, and continuing to learn and grow. I'm passionate about meeting new people, building genuine relationships, and creating connections that can make a meaningful difference. My goal is to lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and leave every person I meet feeling heard, valued, and supported.
