Insurance can be confusing, and I know most people would rather do almost anything else than spend hours sorting through plans, benefits, calling robots, and zooming in on the fine print. No confusing big words, no pressure, and no pretending that “deductible” is a fun word. Spoiler alert: it's not… at all.
