My professional background is rooted in sales leadership, business development, insurance agency growth, recruiting, and mentoring individuals who want to build successful careers. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with talented professionals, develop emerging leaders, and help insurance agents turn their entrepreneurial ambitions into sustainable businesses.
