I was CEO of Anco Products, Inc., a manufacturing firm in Elkhart, IN for over 12 years and watched the group health benefits raise in cost as much as 40% in some years. I have experience in developing innovative solutions. For small businesses that have decided they no longer can sustain an employer group policy, I have helped find individual solutions for the employees and their families. I have also helped the employers find compliant tax solutions via FSA/HRA and HSA plans so they can continue to enjoy tax savings not only for the company but also for the employees. I am a proud retired member of the US Army and I served as a Colonel on the Army Staff in Washington, DC. I am a graduate of the US Military Academy, West Point, NY and I have an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, MN. In addition, I was honored to be an agency manager with HealthMarkets for several years before I decided to divest the agency and focus individually on my current clients.
