With over 25 years of experience in healthcare IT at renowned institutions like Cleveland Clinic and Western Reserve Hospital, I've built a career rooted in precision, problem-solving, and care. My journey has also taken me through roles in inside sales and as a TSA officer at Cleveland Hopkins Airport—each one sharpening my ability to connect with people and adapt under pressure. Driven by a desire to step outside my comfort zone, I transitioned into the insurance industry to become my own boss and make a meaningful impact. Today, I specialize in accident, health, and life insurance, helping clients protect what matters most. Whether navigating complex systems or guiding families through coverage options, I bring clarity, empathy, and dedication to every interaction. Outside of work, I'm an avid traveler with a deep appreciation for Southeast Asia—having explored Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
