Arise Health Plan is an insurance plan offered by WPS, one of the largest non-profit health benefits providers in the state of Wisconsin. Products include ACA-qualified health plans for purchase on or off the exchange. Individuals can choose from HMO, POS, and HSA-high deductible options.

Benefits are only available to residents in the state of Wisconsin. Arise has partnered with Aspirus so that members have access to a large integrated network of providers in the region that includes 450 doctors and 8 hospitals. A national network is available to cover medical needs when traveling outside the local coverage area.

Arise Health Plan was originally called Prevea back when it was first created by a group of doctors. It later became WPS Prevea in 2005 before switching to its present name, Arise Health Plan, in 2006. WPS was named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies 7 times by Ethisphere Institute. Arise Health Plan is also an active participant in Wisconsin’s organ donor program.
