Health First Health Plans Inc. is a health insurance company that serves central Florida residents. It is the area’s only health system that is fully integrated. For individuals and families interested in Health First plans, there are several coverage options. Both Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and Point of Service (POS) plans are available in gold, silver, bronze, and catastrophic coverage levels. Many of the HMO and POS plans have zero-deductible and zero-copay options. Other plans have health savings account (HSA) availability.
